Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellations are not possible as the processing will have already begun.
Refunds: Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on our website. To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval, with the amount credited back to the original payment method.
Deposit Refunds: The deposit paid for collaborations with Junior Genie Fashion is non-refundable. We encourage parents/guardians to make firm decisions before committing.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.
Emergency Refunds: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, customers may request a refund by providing appropriate documentation. Junior Genie Fashion will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable service charges and taxes.
